本文介绍了一种简单实用的IEEE - 488接口的硬件和软件设计。硬件主要采用一块最常用的 82 5 5芯片 ,而软件通过VB调用动态链接库 (d11) ,从而对硬件端口进行操作。利用这种接口 ,我们把一台高精度数字万用表和PC机联系起来 ,在我们的半导体制冷恒温实验台上实现了长时间的 ,稳定的工作。这种接口设计适合于各种具有IEEE - 488接口的仪表。
This article describes a simple and practical IEEE - 488 interface hardware and software design. The hardware uses one of the most commonly used 82 5 5 chips, and the software invokes the dynamic link library (d11) via VB to operate on the hardware port. Using this interface, we connected a high-precision digital multimeter with a PC to achieve long-term, stable work on our semiconductor cooling and thermostat bench. This interface design is suitable for a variety of instruments with IEEE - 488 interface.
