关东文化中蕴含着一种求大尚侈的价值取向。这种文化底蕴外化为一种社会风气,渗透在东北人的生产、生活和行为方式中,以大为荣,以侈为尚成为一种内在的心理。这种文化心理经过世代的传承、积淀,成为一种传统的惯性,以至于在当代东北人的日常生活中仍有所表现。例如,愿意办大事、挣大钱,甚至买东西也是“买啤酒论箱,买苹果论筐”。饮食也被人们称为“喝啤酒象灌溉,大面包象锅盖”,就是这种文化底蕴的体现。
Kanto culture contains a value of the pursuit of great luxury. This cultural heritage is externalized as a kind of social ethos and infiltrated in the way of production, life and behavior of northeast people. It is proud to take extravagance as an inherent psychology. This cultural psychology through generations of heritage, accumulation, become a traditional inertia, so that in the daily life of contemporary Northeast people still show. For example, willing to do major events, make big money, and even buy things are “buy beer on boxes, buy apples on baskets.” The diet has also been called “drinking beer like irrigation, loaf lid”, is the embodiment of this cultural heritage.
