本文针对某国有控股集团公司(以下简称A集团)工程建设领域专项内部控制检查的情况,结合企业内部控制框架,集中分析了工程建设中常见的问题和工程项目管理方面存在的缺失,通过分析了解了A集团在内部工程建设领域制度建设和执行上的缺陷并提出了加强工程建设方面相应内部控制的改善建议。 This article focuses on the situation of special internal control inspection in the field of engineering construction of a state-controlled group company (hereinafter referred to as Group A), combined with the internal control framework of the enterprise, analyzes the common problems in project construction and the lack of project management. Through analyzing and understanding A Group in the field of internal engineering construction and implementation of the system defects and put forward proposals to strengthen the construction of the corresponding internal control improvements.
