超声心动图运动试验是近年发展的无创性检查新技术。本文通过臂腿联合运动(Arm—legexercise A—LE)和下肢踏车运动(LE)对照观察26名运动贯的心储备功能,探讨不同试验方法对试验结果的影响。材料和方法观察对象:省级青少年耐力运动员26名。其中自行车运动员12名(男4名,女8名);中长跑运动员14名(男6名,女8名);15—17岁,平均16.2岁,训练年限0.5—2年。仪器和方法:使用改进的EGM—Ⅱ型心脏功能机,可以同步进行上、下肢自行车运动试验(图一);记录用XJY一6型心脏
