《中华人民共和国农村土地承包法》实施已经14年了,该法对农村土地承包的形式、承包的程序、承包的期限、发包方与承包方的权利义务、承包经营权的流转、承包争议的解决等做出了较为全面的规定。法律的制定和实施为全面推进与规范农村土地承包提供了重要法律依据,对巩固党的农村土地承包政策、稳定农业生产关系、解放和发展农村生产力发挥了重要的保障促进作用。
The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Rural Land Contract Law has been implemented for 14 years.
