自然界中存在各种天然放射性,主要包括宇宙射线、陆地辐射源和体内放射性物质。例如在蔬菜和水果里面原本也含有天然放射性核素,比如铅-210、钋-210、镭-226等都属于高毒组或剧毒组。核事故泄漏出来的碘-131和铯-137属于中毒组,其放射性含量比天然放射性含量低1～2个数量级。
