在我国企业文化理论研究中,有关企业文化内涵的探索仍须进一步深入。目前见诸各研究论著、刊物论文中的企业文化概念颇多,但看法不一,分歧较大。究其原因,主要是研究者认识、理解企业文化的角度、原则和依据各异,因而不能对当代企业管理科学发展中诞生的企业文化的本质、内容、特征作出一致的解释。本文仅就此略抒己见。
In the study of the theory of corporate culture in our country, the exploration of the connotation of corporate culture still needs to be further deepened. At present, the concept of corporate culture in various research articles and journal articles is quite numerous, but there are different opinions and there are big differences. The main reason is that researchers have different perspectives, principles, and foundations for understanding and understanding corporate culture, and therefore cannot provide a consistent explanation of the nature, content, and characteristics of corporate culture born in the contemporary development of corporate management science. This article is only for this purpose.
