为了更好地利用红外检测技术来诊断电气设备的热故障,根据金属电阻理论和红外成像仪测温原理分别推导了相对温差与接触电阻相对偏差的关系以及相对温差判别影响因素的计算公式。研究结果表明:在相对温差与接触电阻相对偏差的关系中应考虑参照体未通电(设备)相的接触电阻;环境温度和物体表面发射率对相对温差有一定的影响,DL/T664《带电设备红外诊断技术应用导则》中给出的相对温差公式仅在近距离条件下,被测设备温度较高或表面发射率为1时成立。
In order to make better use of infrared detection technology to diagnose thermal faults in electrical equipment, the relationship between relative temperature difference and contact resistance deviation and the calculation formula of relative temperature difference discrimination are derived respectively according to metal resistance theory and infrared imager temperature measurement principle. The results show that the contact resistance of the non-energized (equipment) phase of the reference body should be taken into account in the relationship between the relative temperature difference and the relative deviation of the contact resistance; the ambient temperature and the surface emissivity of the body have a certain influence on the relative temperature difference; and the DL / T664 " The formula for relative temperature difference given in the Guidelines for the Application of Infrared Diagnosis Technology is established only when the temperature of the device under test is high or the surface emissivity is 1 under short distance conditions.
