采用最新热台显微镜技术,对近年来迅速发展的可溶性中间相沥青即预中间相、潜在中间相、新中间相沥青在热动态下显微结构的变化特征作了研究。显微镜观察表明:不同工艺条件下的原料改性处理,改变了物料的组成结构,在热动态下显微结构呈现出与未改性物料有明显的差异;在观察中用针入法拉丝,也由原来不可拉丝转变为流变性能较好的可纺物料,能拉出具有光学各向异性的中间相沥青纤维,从而克服了通常用中门相沥青纺丝过程中存在的较多困难。研究表明,可溶性中间相沥青在制备高性能沥青炭纤维上有着令人鼓舞的发展前景;热台显微技术,作为对沥青热动态下形态结构的研究,显示了它有力的作用。
Using the latest hot stage microscope technology, the characteristics of the microstructure of the soluble mesophase pitch, which is the pre-mesophase, the latent mesophase and the mesophase, are studied rapidly in recent years. Microscopic observation showed that the modification of raw materials under different technological conditions changed the composition and structure of the material, and the microstructure showed obvious difference with the unmodified material under the dynamic thermal condition. In the observation, From the original can not be transformed into a better rheological properties of spinnable material, can pull out the optically anisotropic mesophase pitch fibers, thus overcoming the commonly used phase door phase in the process of spinning more difficulties. Studies have shown that soluble mesophase pitch has an encouraging development prospect in the preparation of high-performance pitch-based carbon fibers. Thermal microscopy, as a study of the morphological structure under the thermal dynamic of pitch, shows its powerful role.
