目的:研究Foley式肌肉分离切口在上尿路手术中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析应用Foley式肌肉分离切口完成56例58侧上尿路手术资料。结果:手术均顺利完成,手术时间平均为82(65～100)min,术后肛门排气时间平均为30(12～48)h,住院天数平均为6(5～9)天,术后无切口感染、裂开及术区皮肤疼痛麻木等并发症。结论:Foley式肌肉分离切口行上尿路手术具有损伤小、术后恢复快等优点,可在基层医院推广应用。
Objective: To study the value of Foley muscle incision in the operation of upper urinary tract. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 56 cases of 58 cases of upper urinary tract surgery using Foley muscle incision was performed. Results: All the operations were successfully completed. The average operation time was 82 (65-100) min. The average time of postoperative anal exhaust was 30 (12-48) h, and the length of hospital stay was 6 (5-9) days. No postoperative Incision infection, rupture and surgical skin numbness and other complications. Conclusion: Foley-type muscle incision on the urinary tract surgery with less damage, quick recovery, etc., can be widely applied in primary hospitals.
