针对铸件凝固温度切的计算机采集及测试精度中所遇到的一些常见而又难以解决的技术问题作了有益的探讨及尝试,解决了凝固温度场的计算机采集中易受干扰、数据精度不高等难题.为主课题一凝固温度场数值模拟提供了准确的验证实例.
Aiming at some common and difficult technical problems encountered in the computer acquisition and testing precision of the solidified temperature of castings, this paper makes a useful discussion and attempts to solve the problems of computer acquisition of solidification temperature field susceptible to interference, the data accuracy is not high problem. The main subject of a solidification temperature field numerical simulation provides an accurate example of validation.
