钢轨由于其自身特殊应用性,在标准中对其质量提出了较其它钢种更为严格的要求。钢轨需要完全满足质量标准,象标准中明确规定的断裂韧性、疲劳和残余应力限制。采用SENB试样,在MTS810伺服液压材料检测系统中完成了断裂韧性测试,研究了非金属夹杂物对断裂韧性值的作用。断裂韧性值也与钢轨化学组成和力学性能有关。在Klc值较低的试样中,发现了相当高的硫化物夹杂,经过光谱分析,结果表明氢含量较高。
Due to its own particular application of the rail, the quality of the rail in the standard is more stringent than other types of steel. The rails need to fully meet the quality standards, as specified in the standard fracture toughness, fatigue and residual stress limits. Using SENB sample, the fracture toughness test was completed in MTS810 servo hydraulic material testing system, and the effect of nonmetal inclusions on the fracture toughness value was studied. Fracture toughness values are also related to the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the rail. In the lower Klc samples, a very high sulfide inclusions was found and after spectroscopic analysis, the results showed that the hydrogen content was higher.
