我国建筑企业的规模在不断扩大,而现场管理在建筑项目中是一项非常重要的工作,它对建筑工程的质量具有保障意义。有效的施工现场管理不仅能使施工操作中的错误减少,还能对工程的造价进行控制,以保证企业的经济效益与社会效益。随着建筑工程施工技术的不断创新,对施工现场的管理也要不断升级,使企业的竞争力得以提高,从而在竞争市场中脱颖而出。所以,必须对建筑施工现场管理中存在的问题予以重视,并提出优化策略,以使整个建筑工程的质量得到提高。
