本文将各类电液伺服系统进行了三阶化处理,利用二次型评价函数指标优选了系统参数,在时间域与频率域中进行了设计。提供了电液伺服系统的简易优化的设计方法,实验确认了本文结论的正确性。
In this paper, all kinds of electro-hydraulic servo system has been subjected to the third-order processing. The parameters of the quadratic evaluation function are used to optimize the system parameters and design in the time domain and the frequency domain. This paper provides a simple and optimized design method of electro-hydraulic servo system. The experiment confirms the correctness of the conclusion of this paper.
