显微组织试样的腐蚀是金相分析中最主要的工序之一,但是目前国内和国外的钛和钛合金金相腐蚀试剂一般都采用氢氟酸、氣化氢铵、甲醇与有毒、剧毒污染的化学试剂。采用上述这些试剂,腐蚀效果又不够理想。通过反复的试验研究,摸索了钛和钛合金的无污染腐蚀试剂的配方,并获得了钛和钛合金显微组织清晰的衬度。
Corrosion of the microstructure sample is one of the most important processes in the metallographic analysis. However, at present, titanium and titanium alloy corrosion reagents in China and abroad generally use hydrofluoric acid, ammonium hydrogen chloride, methanol and poisonous, dramatic Poisonous contaminated chemical reagents. Using these reagents, the corrosion effect is not ideal. Through repeated experimental studies, the non-polluting corrosion agent formulations of titanium and titanium alloys were explored and the clear contrast of the microstructures of titanium and titanium alloys was obtained.
