目的对高脂血症大鼠给予绞股蓝和阿托伐他汀前后脂肪酸成分进行分析,探讨两种药物治疗高脂血症的机制。方法采用GC-MS法对高脂血症大鼠及给药前后血浆和肝组织脂肪酸代谢物进行分析,应用ELISA法对体内炎症因子TNF-α和IL-6的含量进行测定。结果高脂血症大鼠体内C18∶1/C18∶0及C16∶1/C16∶0含量的比值下降,∑n-6/n-3脂肪酸含量的比值与炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6的含量升高。给予中药绞股蓝后,∑n-6/n-3脂肪酸含量的比值与炎症因子的含量得到恢复,给予西药阿托伐他汀后均没有变化。结论中药绞股蓝能更有效地使体内脂肪酸成分得以恢复,其效果优于阿托伐他汀。
Objective To analyze the fatty acid composition of gypenoside and atorvastatin in hyperlipidemic rats before and after treatment to explore the mechanism of the two drugs in treating hyperlipidemia. Methods Fatty acid metabolites in plasma and liver tissues of rats with hyperlipidemia and before and after administration were analyzed by GC-MS. The levels of inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-6 were measured by ELISA. Results The ratio of C18:1 / C18:0 and C16:1 / C16:0 decreased, and the ratio of Σn-6 / n-3 fatty acid and inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-6 The content is increased. After giving Chinese traditional medicine Gynostemma, the content of Σn-6 / n-3 fatty acid and the content of inflammatory cytokines recovered, and no change was observed after administration of atorvastatin. Conclusion Gynostemma can more effectively restore the body’s fatty acid composition, the effect is superior to atorvastatin.
