目的 探讨三维超声彩色多普勒能量图 (3D- CDE)技术在膀胱癌诊断中的意义。方法 对 2 9例经膀胱镜活检 ,病理证实为膀胱癌患者 ,进行 3D- CDE检查。结果 3D- CDE技术对膀胱癌内部及周边血流显示逼真清晰 ,富有立体感 ,明显优于二维超声彩色多普勒能量图 (2 D- CDE)。结论 3D- CDE技术不仅能显示膀胱癌内部及周边血流信号 ,并且能清晰显示癌体内部滋养血管走行、形态、分支及分布范围 ,对膀胱癌的诊断有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the significance of three-dimensional ultrasound color Doppler energy imaging (3D-CDE) in the diagnosis of bladder cancer. Methods 29 cases of bladder cancer biopsy, pathological confirmed bladder cancer, 3D-CDE examination. Results 3D-CDE showed vivid and clear three-dimensional images of the internal and peripheral blood flow of bladder cancer, which was significantly better than that of 2D Doppler energy imaging (2-CDE). Conclusion 3D-CDE can not only display the internal and peripheral blood flow signals of bladder cancer, but also clearly show the running, morphological, branching and distribution of nourishing blood vessels in the cancer body, which is of great significance for the diagnosis of bladder cancer.
