目的观察胃肠安对大肠癌术后化疗后患者调节性T细胞及生存质量的影响。方法将84例大肠癌术后化疗后患者随机分为中药组、西药组及综合组,每组28例;中药组口服健脾中药胃肠安,西药组采用胸腺肽α1皮下注射,综合组予口服汤药和皮下注射胸腺肽α1。各组均治疗2个月,观察治疗前后患者调节性T细胞(regulatory T cell,Treg)、脾虚证候积分、体力状况(KPS评分)变化情况。结果①治疗后中药组及综合组脾虚证候积分明显下降(P<0.05),西药组无明显改善(P>0.05);②中药组及综合组治疗后KPS积分明显上升(P<0.05),西药组无明显变化(P>0.05);③综合组治疗后Treg细胞水平明显降低(P<0.05),中药组及西药组无明显变化(P>0.05);④组间治疗后比较,中药组、综合组较西药组脾虚证候积分、KPS积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),综合组较西药组Treg水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论①胃肠安可以下调Treg水平,改善大肠癌术后化疗后患者低下的免疫功能;②胃肠安可以改善大肠癌术后化疗后患者的脾虚症状,提高生存质量。
Objective To observe the effect of weiguan on patients with colorectal cancer after chemotherapy and regulatory T cells and quality of life. Methods Eighty-four patients with postoperative chemotherapy of colorectal cancer were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group, western medicine group and comprehensive treatment group, with 28 cases in each group. The traditional Chinese medicine group was given Jianpi’an, western medicine group with subcutaneous injection of thymosin α1, Decoction and subcutaneous injection of thymosin α1. The patients in each group were treated for 2 months. The changes of regulatory T cell (Treg), syndrome of spleen deficiency and physical condition (KPS score) before and after treatment were observed. Results ① After treatment, the scores of syndromes of spleen deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine group and comprehensive treatment group were significantly decreased (P <0.05), but not significantly improved in western medicine group (P> 0.05); ②The KPS scores of Chinese herbal medicine group and comprehensive treatment group were significantly increased (P <0.05) (P> 0.05); ③Compared with the control group, there was no significant change in the Western medicine group (P> 0.05); ③ The Treg cell level in the combination group was significantly decreased (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The difference of Treg level between the comprehensive group and western medicine group was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion (1) Gastroenteroside can down-regulate the level of Treg and improve the immune function of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer after chemotherapy; (2) Weixu’an can improve the symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with postoperative chemotherapy of colorectal cancer.
