针对天津地铁盾构施工生产的渣土大量堆砌、利用率和附加值低的现状,将渣土作为矿物掺合料,研究了不同渣土掺量对C30混凝土工作性能、力学性能和抗渗性能影响。结果表明:(1)随着渣土掺量增加,混凝土坍落度呈现逐渐降低趋势;(2)掺加渣土后,混凝土抗压强度均低于基准组,当渣土掺量为10%时,其28 d抗压强度与基准组抗压强度相近;(3)适量渣土掺量可以改善C30混凝土抗渗性能,当渣土掺量为水泥的15%时,抗渗性能最佳。
Aiming at the current situation that a large amount of dregs are piled up, the utilization rate and the added value are low, the dregs are used as the mineral admixture to study the influence of different dregs on the workability, mechanical properties and impermeability of C30 concrete influences. The results show that: (1) With the increase of slag content, the slump of concrete tends to decrease gradually; (2) The compressive strength of concrete is lower than that of the reference group when the content of slag is 10% , The compressive strength at 28 days was similar to the compressive strength of the reference group; (3) The proper amount of muck could improve the impermeability of C30 concrete. When the content of muck was 15% of cement, the impermeability was the best.
