目的研究二氧化氯消毒剂消毒坑道水库储水的效果。方法取水库储水制成5 mg/L和10 mg/L二氧化氯消毒液,测定不同温度条件下、坑道环境中二氧化氯水平、细菌总数、真菌数和大肠菌群的变化;以及水库储水现场消毒效果。结果在9℃温度下,5 mg/L和10 mg/L二氧化氯水样放置90 d,二氧化氯水平分别下降至0.02 mg/L和2.33mg/L;20℃温度下,5 mg/L和10 mg/L二氧化氯水样放置40 d,二氧化氯水平分别下降至0.01mg/L和1.93 mg/L;37℃温度下,5 mg/L和10 mg/L二氧化氯水样放置30 d,二氧化氯水平分别下降至0.01mg/L和0.90 mg/L。坑道环境中,5mg/L和10 mg/L二氧化氯水样放置90 d,二氧化氯分别下降至0.01 mg/L和2.21 mg/L。水库储水现场消毒2 d后,储水水面真菌斑膜全部消失。全部水样均未检出细菌总数、真菌数和大肠菌群。结论二氧化氯适合坑道水库储水快速短期消毒。
Objective To study the effect of chlorine dioxide disinfectant on disinfecting tunnel reservoir. Methods The reservoirs were used to make chlorine dioxide disinfecting solution at 5 mg / L and 10 mg / L. The chlorine dioxide levels, total bacteria, fungi and coliforms in tunnel environment were measured under different temperature conditions. Storage water disinfection effect. Results At 9 ℃, the water samples of 5 mg / L and 10 mg / L of chlorine dioxide were placed for 90 days and the levels of chlorine dioxide decreased to 0.02 mg / L and 2.33 mg / L, respectively. At 20 ℃, 5 mg / L and 10 mg / L chlorine dioxide for 40 days, the levels of chlorine dioxide decreased to 0.01 mg / L and 1.93 mg / L respectively; at 37 ℃, 5 mg / L and 10 mg / L of chlorine dioxide water After 30 days, the levels of chlorine dioxide decreased to 0.01 mg / L and 0.90 mg / L, respectively. In the tunnel environment, the water samples of 5 mg / L and 10 mg / L of chlorine dioxide were placed for 90 days, and the chlorine dioxide decreased to 0.01 mg / L and 2.21 mg / L, respectively. After disinfecting for 2 days at the reservoir water storage site, the plaque on the water surface of water storage all disappeared. All the water samples were not detected the total number of bacteria, fungi and coliform bacteria. Conclusion Chlorine dioxide is suitable for fast and short-term disinfection of water storage in tunnel reservoir.
