人事档案管理,在各个行业都起到至关重要的作用。在医院中也是如此。近年来,档案管理的研究与发展让医院人事档案管理获得了进步。比如医院的人事档案管理已经基本实现了信息化管理。采用信息技术将档案信息合理分类,便于储存与检索。但是医院人事档案仍然存在一些问题。比如事业编制与聘用制双轨管理脱节、人事信息统计不够详细,不能高效的发挥档案管理的作用等。本文就医院人事档案存在的问题进行了分析,提出了高效管理人事档案的建议与办法。
Personnel file management, in all industries have played a crucial role. The same is true in hospitals. In recent years, the research and development of file management has made the progress of hospital personnel file management. Such as the hospital’s personnel records management has basically achieved the information management. The use of information technology to file information reasonable classification, easy to store and retrieve. However, there are still some problems in hospital personnel files. For example, career management and hiring system dual track management, personnel information statistics is not detailed enough, can not effectively play the role of file management. This article analyzes the existing problems in the hospital personnel files and puts forward the suggestions and methods for efficiently managing the personnel files.
