使用新型W77E58高速单片机并运用先进的鉴相和智能消抖算法,设计了用于数控测井仪的深度测量系统,完全消除了编码器引起的抖动误差,给出了系统硬件的设汁方案。在测井仪中的成功应用表明,该系统具有很高的测量精度和稳定性。
Using the new W77E58 high-speed singlechip and advanced phase discrimination and intelligent de-jitter algorithm, a depth measurement system for NC tool was designed to completely eliminate the jitter error caused by the encoder. The design scheme of the system hardware was given. The successful application in logging tools shows that the system has high measurement accuracy and stability.
