高等职业教育服务农业现代化既是职业教育内涵式发展和开放性办学的内在逻辑,也是农业现代化稳步推进的现实需要。大别山片区内四所高职院校在专业服务能力、服务平台承载能力、农科教统筹服务能力和应用型科研能力等方面形成了诸多行之有效的做法,基于实证分析和比较分析的视角,提出涉农高职院校专业设置与区域产业集群要高度契合、整合扶贫开发资源与职业教育资源和形成人才交流、项目合作、成果共享合作机制建设三条改进策略。
Higher Vocational Education Serving Agriculture Modernization is not only the inherent logic of the connotative development of vocational education and the open running of schools, but also the practical need of steadily promoting agricultural modernization. Four vocational colleges in the Dabie Mountain area have formed many effective practices in professional service ability, service platform carrying capacity, agricultural science and education co-ordinate service ability and applied scientific research ability. Based on the empirical analysis and comparative analysis, The professional settings of agricultural higher vocational colleges should highly accord with the regional industrial cluster, integrate resources for poverty alleviation and development and vocational education resources, and form three improvement strategies of personnel exchange, project cooperation and cooperation mechanism of achievement sharing.
