介绍了为径向柱塞泵配置的液控伺服变量机构的原理,并对其性能进行分析.这种变量机构不仅容易实现定子偏心位移反馈,而且可平衡泵在工作过程中定子所受单向力,从而提高了控制性能.仿真结果表明:此种液控伺服变量机构能使泵在变量过程中具有良好的动态性能.
The principle of hydraulic servo variable mechanism configured for radial piston pump is introduced and its performance is analyzed. This variable mechanism is not only easy to implement the stator eccentric displacement feedback, but also to balance the pump in the process of one-way force the stator, thereby enhancing the control performance. The simulation results show that this kind of hydraulic servo variable mechanism can make the pump have good dynamic performance in the variable process.
