在丁烷层流预混气体的燃烧过程中清晰地观察到多棱火焰现象。实验中,对3种喷口冷却条件,8种燃料流量下出现多棱火焰现象的浓度界限进行了测定。实验结果表明,当喷口冷却条件加强时,相同燃料流量下出现多棱火焰时空气消耗系数降低。实验也表明,多棱火焰在一定的燃料流量下出现,燃料流量超过一定值时,多棱火焰现象不再出现。同时,燃料流量越大,出现多棱火焰的棱数也越多。 Multi-sided flame phenomena were clearly observed during the combustion of the butane laminar premixed gas. In the experiment, the concentration limits of multi-edge flame phenomenon under three kinds of nozzle cooling conditions and eight kinds of fuel flow rates were measured. The experimental results show that the air consumption coefficient decreases when multi-edge flame is formed at the same fuel flow rate when cooling conditions are enhanced. Experiments also show that the multi-sided flame appears at a certain fuel flow rate, and when the fuel flow rate exceeds a certain value, the multi-sided flame phenomenon no longer appears. At the same time, the larger the fuel flow rate, the more the number of edges of the multi-sided flame appears.
