周围型肺癌早期症状不明显或轻微,容易延误诊断和误诊。我院1987年8月～1995年8月经X线胸片及病理学证实的220例肺癌中,51例被误诊为肺结核并与同期收治的20例疑诊为肺癌的肺结核病人作对照,对其临床特点及误诊原因进行分析,以便提高诊疗水平。
The early symptoms of peripheral lung cancer are not obvious or slight, and it is easy to delay diagnosis and misdiagnosis. Of 220 cases of lung cancer confirmed by X-ray and pathology in our hospital from August 1987 to August 1995, 51 cases were misdiagnosed as pulmonary tuberculosis and compared with 20 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients suspected of being diagnosed with lung cancer in the same period. The clinical features and the reasons for misdiagnosis were analyzed to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.
