提出一种高效空气鼓泡加湿与热泵相结合的新型海水淡化装置,该装置可采用光伏发电驱动。重点设计加湿器及热泵的主要工艺参数和结构参数;计算并分析热泵冷凝和蒸发温度对装置主要性能参数的影响。研究表明,在设计工况下,0.09 m~2加湿器的产水量为6.40 kg/h,压缩机功耗为0.31kW。
A new seawater desalination unit combining high efficiency air bubbling and heat pump is proposed. The unit can be driven by photovoltaic power generation. Focus on the design of the main process parameters and structural parameters of the humidifier and heat pump; calculated and analyzed the impact of heat pump condensation and evaporation temperature on the main performance parameters of the device. The research shows that under the design conditions, the water output of the 0.09 m ~ 2 humidifier is 6.40 kg / h and the compressor power consumption is 0.31 kW.
