我厂以前对胶木件和金属件铆接一直用手锤铆冲加工。工人劳动强度大,废品率高,胶木件极易被铆裂,也经常出现铆不紧等疵病。所以要求工人技术水平比较高。现我厂制做了简易气铆机(见图1)。气铆机用解放牌汽车刹车气缸(气室)固定在支架上,通入4～6个气压的压缩空气,再用脚踏滑阀(见图2)控制进出气,即能得到圆满的铆接动力。铆接力可达二百五十公 I plant before the bakelite pieces and pieces of metal riveting has been hand hammer riveting processing.
