许多人喜欢食用酸牛奶,酸牛奶不仅保留了鲜牛奶中蛋白质、脂肪和糖等营养成分,并且还能刺激胃酸的分泌,增加食欲,促进人体的新陈代谢,使营养等物质更易于被人体吸收和利用。酸牛奶还具有降低血胆固醇,防止动脉粥样硬化,治疗消化不良,腹胀和因饮食不当所致的腹泻等均有很好的作用。
