目的 :研究中药知母主要成分知母总皂苷对甲亢模型小鼠造成的影响。方法 :小鼠除正常对照组外均采用左旋甲状素钠500μg·kgˉ1造模,再随机分为知母总皂苷100mg·kg~(-1)组、模型组、阳性对照他巴唑(10mg·kg~(-1))组。观察比较小鼠外观行为、体重、自发活动,体外实验用RIA法测定血清T3、T4含量变化。结果 :知母总皂苷组、阳性他巴唑组体重明显增长较模型组快(P<0.05),自发活动也在一定程度上相对模型组减少(P<0.05),T4水平明显降低(P<0.05),组间比较差异均具有统计学意义。结论 :一定剂量的知母总皂苷在一定程度上具有改善实验性甲亢的作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Anemarrhena asphodeloides on the hyperthyroidism model mice. Methods: All the mice except the normal control group were treated with 500μg · kg -1 sodium levofloxacin, and were randomly divided into three groups: 100mg · kg -1 group, model group, positive control methbazole (10mg · kg -1) kg ~ (-1)) group. The appearance and behavior, body weight, spontaneous activity of mice were observed and compared. The contents of T3 and T4 in serum were determined by RIA in vitro. Results: Compared with the model group, the body weight of the total timosaponins and the positive group increased significantly (P <0.05), spontaneous activity was also decreased to a certain extent (P <0.05) and the level of T4 was significantly decreased (P < 0.05), the differences between the groups were statistically significant. Conclusion: A certain dose of timosaponins can improve the experimental hyperthyroidism to a certain extent.
