实验选用血清肌酐、尿素氮、尿蛋白等生化指标经方差分析都无显著差异的50只大鼠,将其按每个实验组平均体重最相近原则分为正常对照组、病理模型组、尿毒清干预组、驼乳低剂量组、驼乳高剂量组等5组。正常对照组给予蒸馏水8ml/㎏灌胃,其它四组给予2%的腺嘌呤混悬液按200mg/kg/日剂量灌胃给药,确定慢性肾功能衰竭模型建立。再进行灌胃驼乳,驼乳低剂量组灌予驼乳5ml/kg/日;驼乳高剂量组灌予驼乳10ml/kg/日;尿毒清干预组灌予25%尿毒清溶液10ml/kg/日;正常对照组、病理模型组灌予蒸馏水8ml/kg/日。结果显示:病理模型组肝脏与正常对照组相比肝细胞胞浆较密,细胞器增多。而尿毒清干预组与正常对照组相比肝细胞较空,细胞器较少。驼乳低剂量组和高剂量组肝细胞变化与病理模型组相似。病理模型组胰腺与正常对照组胰腺相比腺泡上皮增生,双核细胞增多,细胞密度增加,胰岛细胞有明显的颗粒变性和水泡变性。尿毒清干预组胰腺与病理模型组胰腺相比腺泡上皮增生较轻。驼乳低剂量组和高剂量组胰腺与病例模型组胰腺相似。
Fifty rats, whose serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, urine protein and other biochemical indexes were not significantly different by ANOVA, were selected and divided into normal control group, pathological model group, Intervention group, low-dose group of camel milk, high-dose group of camel milk and other 5 groups. Normal control group was given distilled water 8ml / ㎏ gavage, the other four groups were given 2% adenine suspension by 200mg / kg / day dose gavage to determine the establishment of chronic renal failure model. The mice in the low-dose group were given lactation 5ml / kg / day, the high-dose group of camel milk 10ml / kg / kg / day; normal control group, pathological model group was infused with distilled water 8ml / kg / day. The results showed that compared with the normal control group, the hepatocytes in the liver of the pathological model group were dense and the organelles were increased. However, compared with normal control group, the number of hepatocytes in uremic-dried group was less than that in normal control group with fewer organelles. The changes of hepatocytes in low-dose group and high-dose group were similar to those in pathological model group. Pancreas in pathological model group compared with the pancreas of the normal control group showed hyperplasia of acinar epithelium, increased binuclear cells, increased cell density, obvious granular degeneration of pancreatic islet cells and degeneration of vesicles. Compared with pancreas in pancreas of uremic-treated group and pancreas in uremic-treated group, the hyperplasia of acinar epithelium was lighter. The pancreas in the low-dose group and the high-dose group were similar to the pancreas in the model group.
