通过电解分离,X射线衍射等实验,探讨了铈在高碳钢中形成铈碳化物应满足的成分条件。结果表明:只有当铈含量和碳含量均较高时,才能够形成铈碳化物。本实验中,Ce:0.25%、C:1.22%的试样即出现Ce2C3。
By electrolysis separation, X-ray diffraction experiments to explore the cerium in high carbon steel to form cerium carbide should meet the composition conditions. The results show that cerium carbides can be formed only when both cerium content and carbon content are high. In this experiment, Ce2C3 appeared in the sample with Ce: 0.25% and C: 1.22%.
