目的 :研究运动对SD大鼠骨骼肌细胞葡萄糖运载体 4 (GLUT4 )转位机制的影响。方法 :将SD大鼠随机分为 2组 :对照组和运动组。运动组大鼠进行 6周游泳训练。以Western印迹法对 2组大鼠骨骼肌细胞内膜和外膜的GLUT4含量进行检测 ,同时实验前后检测大鼠血清胰岛素和血糖浓度。结果 :运动组大鼠经过 6周游泳训练 ,与对照组大鼠相比 ,骨骼肌细胞内膜GLUT4含量增加 16 0 % (P <0 0 1) ,细胞外膜GLUT4含量增加 71 9% (P <0 0 1)。结论 :运动可促进骨骼肌细胞内膜GLUT4向细胞外膜转位 ,从而提高肌细胞对葡萄糖的摄取和利用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of exercise on the translocation of glucose transporter 4 (GLUT4) in SD rat skeletal muscle cells. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: control group and exercise group. Exercise group rats for 6 weeks swimming training. Western blotting was used to detect the content of GLUT4 in the intima and adventitia of rat skeletal muscle cells in both groups. At the same time, serum insulin and blood glucose levels were measured before and after the experiment. Results: Compared with the control group, the content of GLUT4 in skeletal muscle cells was increased by 160% (P <0.01) and the GLUT4 content in the exercise group was increased by 71.9% (P <0 0 1). Conclusion: Exercise can promote the translocation of GLUT4 to the extracellular matrix of skeletal muscle cells, thereby enhancing the uptake and utilization of glucose by muscle cells.
