黑龙江是我国产煤大省之一,目前有各类矿井1600多处。由于煤矿从业人员素质低,工程技术人员短缺,管理比较混乱,违法违章行为严重,导致事故频发,给煤矿安全监察带来很大困难。几年来,他们坚持以人为本,全面抓好安全培训,努力提高培训效果,在煤矿安全培训工作上进行了一系列探索和实践,促进了从业人员安全素质的全面提高和安全生产长效机制的形成。提高认识,争取领导支持是做好安全培训的前提条件
Heilongjiang is one of the major coal-producing provinces in China. Currently, there are over 1,600 mines of various types. Due to the low quality of coal miners, shortage of engineering and technical personnel, management is chaotic, illegal acts of serious violations, leading to frequent accidents, coal mine safety supervision to bring great difficulties. Over the past few years, they insisted on people-oriented, comprehensively did a good job in safety training and made efforts to improve the training effect. They conducted a series of explorations and practices in coal mine safety training and promoted the overall improvement of employees’ safety quality and the formation of a long-term safety mechanism. Raising awareness and seeking leadership support are prerequisites for safety training
