清流河小流域位于宁夏回族自治区隆德县,地势东高西低,地形复杂,类型多样。经过多年治理,摸索出适合小流域治理的新路子:开展生态清洁示范型小流域建设,依据“山顶—山脚—村庄—农田—河谷”的治理顺序,依次布设“生态修复、综合治理、生态农业、生态保护”四道防线,科学布设工程措施、生物措施、农业措施。充分发挥小流域自然资源优势,依托六盘山红色旅游,六盘人家、千亩花卉基地、生态植物园、左公柳公园等旅游休闲资源,发展旅游业,在改善小流域生态环境的同时,提高当地人民收入和生活水平。
