对滇东南(文山)102个玉米自交系的16个数量性状进行相关与聚类分析.结果表明:各性状间的变异系数均有差异,最高的雄穗分支数达38.90%,最低的生育期也达4.21%;生育期性状、植株性状和穗部性状各性状间相关性显著,而生育期与叶片数相关性极为显著,穗部性状却与叶片长呈极显著相关;通过形态学特征聚类并与系谱聚类比较,聚类分析结果与系谱来源的吻合程度不高,与前人的研究结果基本一致,说明仅仅依靠材料田间农艺性状进行聚类分析,进而作为育种依据时应慎重.
