研究2种初始含水率疏浚淤泥添加不同比例生石灰改性的材料化土、经不同时长的闷料期,其击实试样的无侧限抗压强度变化规律,通过比较强度的变化来选择淤泥材料化土的合理击实时机。试验结果表明:击实时机的选择对击实材料化土养护后的强度有显著的影响,闷料期越长,其无侧限抗压强度越大。但是从工程成本及施工效率的角度看,掺灰比大的材料化土适宜缩短闷料期,因为缩短闷料期对击实材料化土养护之后的强度影响不大;对于掺灰比小的材料化土则适宜延长闷料期,增长闷料期不仅可以改善土性,利于击实施工,且击实材料化土相同养护龄期的强度也有明显增大。
The effect of unconfined compressive strength of two kinds of initial dredged sludge on the compaction of unconfined compressive strength of compacted samples was studied by adding different proportions of quicklime-modified materialized soil. Materialized soil reasonable time to fight. The test results show that the selection of compaction timing has a significant effect on the strength of compacted soil after curing. The longer the stuffing period, the greater the unconfined compressive strength. However, from the viewpoints of construction cost and construction efficiency, the materialized soil with a large ash-mixing ratio is suitable for shortening the period of stuffing, because the shortening of the material-filling period has little effect on the strength after compacted soil material is cured. Materialized soil is suitable for prolonging the stuffing period. The increase of the stuffing period can not only improve the soil properties, but also strengthen the compaction construction, and the strength of the same curing period of compacted materialized soils also increases obviously.
