地方院校落实“应用型”人才的关键是创建特色的课程体系,在课程教学中三管齐下发展学生的智商、情商和毅商。以就业为指向完善校院两级的选修课程模块,加强务实管用的职业技能训练;以创业为指向改革实践教学课程模块,以具有社会应用价值的“创意”具体落实“创新”;以“创意”的社会应用构想、调研与风险评估等来体现真正的“应用”。当“创意”与“应用”走到一起,学生的就业与创业能力得以有效催生,“应用型”人才培养也将不再是一句空话。
