本研究采用9个水稻品种为材料,经方差分析,估算了10个主要数量性状的遗传力,并进行了相关和通径分析,结果表明:①9个品种诸性状具有较大的遗传差异,广义遗传力以生育期、抽穗日数最高,每株穗数、结实率较低。②相关和通径分析以每穗粒数、穗粒重、株高和穗长对产量贡献较大,故选用亲本时应注重考虑大穗、穗粒数和粒重,同时兼顾株高是粳稻高产育种的一个方向。
In this study, nine rice cultivars were used as materials. By means of analysis of variance, the heritability of 10 major quantitative traits was estimated and the correlation and path analysis were conducted. The results showed that: ①9 cultivars had large genetic differences among traits, Heritability to the growth period, the highest number of heading days per panicle, seed setting rate lower. (2) Correlation and path analysis made great contribution to grain yield per spike, grain weight per plant, plant height and spike length. Therefore, we should pay attention to large spike, grain number per spike and grain weight when choosing parents, taking into account that plant height is japonica High-yield breeding in one direction.
