<正> 近几年来,随着小麦综合生产能力的提高,市场经济的发展,人们膳食意识、食品结构有了很大的转变优化,社会对优质小麦的需求量急剧增加,从而导致了优质小麦良种在生产中的快速发展。山东省作为全国小麦的主产省份之一,虽然单产、总产水平有了很大的发展,已连续七年总产稳定在200亿千克以上,但小麦品质却没有明显的改善,满足不了符合粮食加工企业对品质的要求。这不仅不能满足人民膳食的要求,而且增加了粮食系统超库储存的压力,增加了国家地方财政补贴,限制了小麦生产的转化增值,大大降低了经济效益,也影响了农民的
