本文研究了不同W和Co含量的Ni-20Cr基合金的高温稳态蠕变行为。结果表明,W和Co均可提高合金的蠕变激活能Q_c,它服从Q_c=Ae~(kx/lge的关系.Ni-Cr-Co-W合金的稳态蠕变速率(?)_s也服从(?)_s=Cσ~mexp(-Q_c/RT)的关系。还指出,Ni-Cr-Co-W合金的稳态蠕变速率(?)_s与堆垛层错能γ之间,有(?)_s ∝γ~(1.4)的关系。
In this paper, the steady-state creep behavior of Ni-20Cr-based alloys with different W and Co contents was studied. The results show that both W and Co can increase the creep activation energy Q_c of the alloy, which obeys the relation Q_c = Ae ~ (kx / lge. The steady creep rate of Ni-Cr-Co-W alloy (?) _s = Cσ ~ mexp (-Q_c / RT) .It is also pointed out that there is a relationship between the steady-state creep rate of Ni-Cr-Co-W alloy and the stacking fault energy γ ?) _s αγ ~ (1.4).
