目的 :了解四川攀枝花市汉、彝族农民饮酒情况及相关问题。 方法 :采用定式问卷调查 10 30名汉族农民和 10 70名彝族农民饮酒情况及相关问题。 结果 :汉、彝族农民饮酒率分别为33.5 0 %和 36 .92 % ;饮酒所致精神障碍患病率分别为 12 .2 3%和 2 3.36 % ;躯体障碍患病率分别为9.5 1%和 14.6 7% ;社会功能损害发生率分别为 6 .80 %和 13.2 7%。 结论 :彝族农民饮酒所致精神障碍及躯体障碍、社会功能损害发生率均高于汉族 ,可能与彝族的饮酒风俗习惯有关
Objective: To understand the drinking status of Han and Yi farmers in Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province and related issues. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the alcohol consumption of 10-30 Han farmers and 10 70 Yi farmers and related issues. Results: The drinking rate of Han and Yi farmers was 33.50% and 36.92% respectively; the prevalence of mental disorders caused by alcohol consumption was 12.23% and 23.36% respectively; the prevalence of physical disorders was 9.51% and 14.6 7%; The incidence of social impairment was 6.80% and 13.27%, respectively. Conclusion: The mental disorders, physical disorders, and social function impairments caused by Yi farmers’ drinking are higher than those of the Han nationality and may be related to the drinking habits and customs of the Dai people.
