本文研究了以氨气和酒精、二硫化碳混合蒸汽为介质的离子硫碳氮共渗工艺,对20、20CrMnTi、45、40Cr钢进行了几十炉试验,通过金相检验、硫印、显微硬度测定、电子探针硫碳氮分析、X射线衍射相结构分析,结合耐磨试验,初步探明了混合液配比、介质流量比、共渗温度、时间等参数对渗层的影响;测定了共渗表层的相结构为FeS、ε-Fe_(2-3)(N,C)和γ-Fe_4N。本研究表明,在上述介质中进行离子硫碳氮共渗将更为简便、无污染,是一个生产上易于实施的新工艺,值得进一步研究。
In this paper, the ion sulfur carbonitriding process with ammonia and alcohol, carbon disulfide mixed steam as the medium, dozens of furnace tests on 20, 20CrMnTi, 45,40Cr steel, metallographic examination, sulfur printing, microhardness Carbon, nitrogen, X-ray diffraction phase structure analysis and wear resistance test, the effects of the mixture ratio, media flow ratio, co-infiltration temperature and time on the infiltration layer were investigated. The phase structure of the infiltration surface is FeS, ε-Fe_ (2-3) (N, C) and γ-Fe_4N. This study shows that in the above medium ion sulfur carbonitriding will be more simple and pollution-free, is a new production process easy to implement, worthy of further study.
