《庄子》对“时”及“时势”给予了较多的关注。以“时”及“时势”的形式表现出来的历史性,首先与社会领域或“类”的存在形态相联系,但历史性并不仅仅限于“类”的领域,它同样体现于个体的存在过程。在个体的层面,《庄子》通过对“时”、“命”等问题的考察,着重突出了其存在的境遇性。“时”所体现的历史性,通过化为人的“在”世原则而获得了本体论与价值论的具体内涵。按《庄子》的理解,人的存在过程既无法疏离道,又需要因“时”(特定境遇)而做出变通和选择。
Zhuangzi gives more attention to “Shi” and “Current Situations”. The historicity manifested in the form of “Shi” and “Shih-ta” is firstly linked with the existence of the social field or “category”. However, historicity is not limited to the category of “category”, it also manifests itself in the existence of individuals process. At the individual level, Zhuangzi emphatically highlights the existential situation of his existence through the investigation of “Shi” and “Ming”. The historical nature embodied in “Shi” has obtained the concrete connotation of the Ontology and the Theory of Value by turning into “human” principle. According to Zhuangzi’s understanding, the process of human existence can not be separated from Tao, but also needs to be modified and selected for “time” (specific situation).
