目的:观察分析门诊护士长在医院感染防控管理中的作用及有效策略。方法:选取本院(在2018年1月-2019年10月)收治226例门诊患者,按照数字随机表法分为实验组(实施加强门诊护士长的医院感染知识培训和加强医院感染卫生的护理检查监督管理方法)和对照组(实施常规医院感染管理方法),每组均为113例。采用统计学分析两组门诊患者的医院感染率。结果:实验组门诊患者的医院感染率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:门诊护士长在医院感染防控管理中的作用显著。
