研究目的:为满足城轨交通运营的需要,必须设置车辆段与综合基地。在调查研究我国城轨交通工程已建成运营的车辆段与综合基地铺设的车场线路使用情况的基础上,依据不同的车场线路类型研究设计相应的轨道结构,并结合成熟的国铁设计理论和经验,对车场线路轨道结构进行优化。研究结论:试车线及其它库外线设置碎石道床可减振降噪,减小对周边环境的影响并能降低工程造价;库内线根据不同工艺要求设置立柱式和坑道式检查坑整体道床,可方便工艺操作,并可减少线路养护维修工作量。线路均采用弹性扣件,增强了轨道安全性及稳定性,取消了轨道加强设备,减小了养护维修工作量。同时合理的设置车场线路道口、车挡等轨道附属设备,可以更好的为运营服务。
Research purposes: To meet the needs of urban rail transit operations, the depot and integrated base must be set up. Based on the investigation and study of the use of the depot lines laid in the operation of urban rail transit project and the integrated base, the corresponding orbital structure is designed and studied according to the different types of depot lines. Combined with the mature design theory and experience of China Railway , Optimize the orbital line track structure. Research conclusions: The test track and other outside setting of crushed stone track bed can reduce the vibration and noise, reduce the impact on the surrounding environment and reduce the project cost. According to different technological requirements, Facilitate the operation of the process, and reduce the workload of line maintenance and repair. The lines are made of elastic fasteners, which enhance the safety and stability of the track, cancel the orbit strengthening equipment and reduce the maintenance workload. At the same time reasonable set of car line crossing, car gear and other track ancillary equipment, can better service for operations.
