随着全球人口老龄化,骨质疏松及其脆性骨折的发病率、致残率将持续攀高。因此,如何在骨量明显下降前就找到一个既变化出现较早,又具有一定发现骨量减少/骨质疏松能力的有效方法及对主要部位脆性骨折风险进行预测是目前的热点问题。成骨细胞与脂肪细胞同祖,成骨-成脂分化失稳态是骨质疏松的致病机制之一。因此,研究骨髓脂肪组织在骨质疏松骨质量中的作用就显得相当重要。笔者就骨髓脂肪在骨质疏松中的致病机制及磁共振波谱在骨质疏松骨质量研究中的进展予以综述。
With the global population aging, osteoporosis and the incidence of brittle fractures, the disability rate will continue to rise. Therefore, how to find an effective method of both earlier change and osteopenia / osteoporosis, and predict the risk of brittle fracture in the main part before the bone mass decreases obviously is a hot topic at present. Osteoblasts and fat cells ancestor, osteogenic - adipogenic disorders is one of the pathogenesis of osteoporosis. Therefore, the study of the role of bone marrow adipose tissue in the quality of osteoporosis is very important. The author of bone marrow fat in the pathogenesis of osteoporosis and magnetic resonance spectroscopy in the study of bone quality in the progress of osteoporosis are reviewed.
