本文讨论了自同步泥浆直线振动筛的动力学特性,并通过对ZNS筛的振动测试资料的对比分析,验证了理论结果,研究了筛箱、筛网、底座在强迫振动下的加速度、速度、位移、相位角、低频纵振、摇摆、共振频率及启动和停车过程等诸方面问题。文章指出,自同步泥浆直线振动筛比现有椭圆筛和圆筛具有更多的优点,是今后发展超细目筛泥浆振动筛的新方向。
In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of the self-synchronizing mud linear vibrating screen are discussed. Through the comparison and analysis of the vibration test data of the ZNS screen, the theoretical results are verified. The accelerations, velocities, Displacement, phase angle, low frequency longitudinal vibration, swing, resonant frequency and start and stop the process and other aspects of the problem. The article points out that the self-synchronizing mud linear vibrating screen has more advantages than the existing elliptic screen and round screen, and is the new direction for the development of the ultrafine mesh shale shaker in the future.
