本文指出:55SiMnVB 铜在常规治炼条件下,偏聚的硫化锰是影响疲劳性能的主要因素。电炉钢比平炉钢平均硫含量一般较低,疲劳性能也较稳定。钢水经 VAD 和 RH 处理,可明显降低钢中气体含量,但不减少钢中硫量,因此,对提高钢的疲劳性能没有明显效果。钢水经钙处理或平炉+SL 喷粉处理,可使钢中夹杂物变质,并且显著减少钢中夹杂物总量,是提高疲劳性能的有效措施。
This paper points out that the segregation of manganese sulfide is the main factor affecting the fatigue performance of 55SiMnVB copper under conventional treatment conditions. Electric furnace steel than open hearth average sulfur content is generally lower, fatigue performance is more stable. The treatment of molten steel by VAD and RH can significantly reduce the gas content of steel, but does not reduce the amount of sulfur in steel, therefore, there is no obvious effect on improving the fatigue property of steel. Molten steel by calcium treatment or flat furnace + SL powder processing, inclusions in the steel can be deteriorated, and significantly reduce the total amount of inclusions in steel, is an effective measure to improve fatigue performance.
