对3.754份粪样配对检查和分析的结果,定透法与盐浮法联用可以提高阳性检出率,钩虫为35.37%,鞭虫为27.46%,蛔虫为5.39%。盐浮法所增加的阳性粪样EP_3S值偏低,鞭虫卵<10只者占85.8%,钩虫卵<25只者占7.16%,表明在低感染度地区或进行疗效考核时,单用定透法检查将有较高的假阴性率。因而提出,当鞭、钩虫卵的EP_3S值低于上述标准时,只采用定透法调查即嫌不足,而有与盐浮法联用之必要。
The result of pairwise pairing examination and analysis of 3.754 fecal samples showed that the positive detection rate of Dingtong method combined with salt floatation method was 35.37% for hookworm, 27.46% for whipworm and 5.39% for roundworm. The value of EP_3S in the positive manure samples increased by salt floatation was low, whipworm eggs accounted for 85.8% of whipworm eggs, and hookworm eggs less than 25 accounted for 7.16%, indicating that in the low-infectivity area or in curative effect evaluation, Fixed-law test will have a higher false negative rate. Therefore, when the whip, hookworm eggs EP_3S value is lower than the above criteria, the only fixed-law survey that is less than adequate, but with the combination of salt and float the necessary.
